End-to-end product and brand design for a multi-role compliance SaaS platform built for structured, secure data management.
This project involved a complete redesign of a healthcare services website, with a strong focus on improving usability, accessibility, and overall clarity. The goal was to modernise the interface while making complex medical information easier to navigate, particularly across treatment and services directories. I worked closely with the client and developer to reshape the experience, improving visual hierarchy and information structure so users could more easily find and understand relevant healthcare information.

Senior Product Designer (UX/UI)
The existing site presented complex medical information with little structure, making it difficult to navigate. Discoverability was poor, accessibility and responsiveness needed improvement, and the visual design no longer reflected the quality of the services offered.
The challenge was to simplify and clarify the experience without oversimplifying the content itself.
I led the UX and UI design from early exploration through to high-fidelity prototypes. This included restructuring the information architecture, designing interactive patterns for browsing treatments, and creating responsive layouts across devices. I collaborated closely with the developer to ensure the designs were both practical and accessible.

The redesign focused on creating a more intuitive and engaging way for users to explore healthcare services.
A key feature was an interactive human body interface, allowing users to browse treatments by selecting relevant body areas. This created a more natural entry point into complex medical information and reduced cognitive load for first-time visitors.
To support this, I introduced a bento-style grid layout, breaking content into clear, digestible sections. Treatments and services were structured using a mix of lists, sliders, text blocks and imagery, enabling users to scan information quickly without feeling overwhelmed. Clear hierarchy, legible typography and consistent interaction patterns ensured accessibility throughout.
Visually, the design retained OSD’s existing brand identity while evolving it into a cleaner, more contemporary system. I collaborated closely with the product owner and developer to ensure smooth implementation, balancing usability, performance and technical constraints. The final result was a responsive, accessible experience that performed consistently across devices and screen sizes.

This project was particularly rewarding due to the challenge of translating dense, clinical content into a clear and approachable experience.
The interactive elements added real value, helping users engage with the content in a way that felt informative rather than overwhelming. It was also enjoyable collaborating closely with the development team, ensuring the final outcome stayed true to both user needs and technical realities.
