Personal Trainer – App & Brand UI

Personal trainers often rely on scattered tools to manage scheduling, payments, and client progress. The app needed to bring these workflows together in a single, intuitive interface.

It had to feel bold and energetic, aligned with the fitness market, while remaining simple and efficient for daily use.

I led the visual direction and UI design, creating the brand identity alongside the mobile interface. My work included defining the colour system, typography, layout structure, and key app screens covering scheduling, client management, and payment tracking.

The goal was to deliver a cohesive product that balanced strong visual presence with functional clarity.

The app was designed with a dark theme and vibrant accent colours to reflect the energy of the fitness industry while maintaining clear hierarchy and readability.

From the home screen, trainers can quickly view upcoming sessions and manage their schedule. Client management screens track session usage and progress, while payment tracking provides visibility over earnings and outstanding balances.

By consolidating bookings, client data, and payments into one interface, the app reduces administrative overhead and simplifies day-to-day management.

Although a focused and fast-paced engagement, the project demonstrated how strong structure and visual clarity can elevate even a simple product brief.

It reinforced the value of pairing brand thinking with UI execution, ensuring the product felt cohesive from identity through to interaction.
